Bo-bos Mommy, Bo-bos! Bo-Bo is the word of the month. Translation - blueberries! There is no fruit Toodie loves more than blueberries and she will eat them until her bottom turns blue. It ain't pretty. :)
At daycare today, Tooder's and I went for a walk around school visiting our old classrooms. We stepped in to Miss Katie's room home of the medium babies (6-12 months), and Olivia proceeded to clean up immediately. From the bubble, "These dee-dee's (babies) are so messy!"
She started putting all the babies toys away to the praise of Miss Katie and Mommy. I asked if they would add her to the payroll. Ha. Miss Katie was impressed and stressed that, "I have never seen that before, not even in the toddler room!" I think we have a baby genius neat freak on our hands, don't you? The genius comes from Mommy and the neat freak from Daddy that's for sure!
This reminds me of a quote I heard many years ago,
My father used to play with my brother and me in the yard. Mother would come out and say, "You're tearing up the grass";
"We're not raising grass," Dad would reply. "We're raising boys".

Boo!
Olivia went to apply for her first passport today at the DMV. While waiting FOREVER...she made friends with everyone in the place. After a few games of peek-a-boo, "Hi!", and giggle-giggle it was her turn to take a photo. Daddy put her up in the chair against the stark white background, the photographer backed up in to place, and the photographer said, "Say cheese!"
Instead of "cheese," Olivia covered her face with both hands and thought peek-a-boo was a better idea. Every jaded customer waiting in line cracked at least a smile while Olivia sat there with both of her bity hands covering her eyes. She was not going to budge - what a ham! "Why would I want to take a picture right now when peek-a-boo is soooo much more fun!" is what I read in the bubble above Olivia's head.

Three Amigos and Olivia's First Kiss! Mah-rrr!
What!? The birds and the bees already, not fair! Yes, apparently Olivia kissed Louis today at daycare...repeatedly. We do consider this her first kiss and it was only on the cheek. In my head, I imagined a short, dark and handsome baby but a red-headed, freckle-faced cutie nicknamed "Lazy Louie" will suffice. (Disclaimer just in case Louis' mom ever reads this blog: Louie is not really lazy, he just lays on the floor a lot).
The "Three Amigos" or so they have been dubbed, Olivia, Tatum (Tay-tay) and Ryleigh only travel together now. When I picked Olivia up from school today, I enjoyed the cutest group hug of tiny tots I have ever seen. The girls DO NOT like to be separated. They hugged goodbye for at least 10 minutes. When we left, Tatum and Ryleigh were still hugging it out as they tumbled to the floor.
Since Olivia was teeny-tiny and when I would put her to bed, I would yell to Mark over the monitor to bring us another bottle of milk. Well, she has a good memory and these days when she finishes a bottle/cup and wants another she thrusts out her pudgy-bottled fist, glares at her bedroom door, and yells "Mah-arh!!!" Daddy bring me more milk! Daddy obliged.
